Shipping & returns

Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $7 and free on orders of $75 or more. Orders leave our fulfillment partner’s warehouse within 2–3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from shipment. If anything delays your order beyond that, we will email you with the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Discretion, always
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral return address. Nothing on the outside of the box, on the packing slip, or on your card statement says what is inside: the charge appears under our discreet billing name, not "Sexy SoBe." Your confirmation email spells out exactly what the statement line will say.
One legal exception
Alabama and Mississippi state law does not allow us to sell stimulation devices there, so we cannot ship Pleasure Air Pro, Selena, Delice Cheri Kegel Trainer, Lemon Crush, Next Liberty, Rose Glow, Doxy Go, Pleasure Wand, Plume, Gemma Turbo, Sync Lite, Sync O, Jiggle, Avant Opal Dreams, Connect Kegel Exerciser, Squeeze Kegel Training Set, Pure Luna, Snail Gizi, Snail Curve, Love Notes Unforgettable, Dive, Pocket, Dual Silicone Bullet, Spark, Petal Play, Players Ring Set, Squeeze Teardrop Kegel Set, Squeeze Single Kegel Ball, Interchangeable Weight Kegel Set, Dillenia Cissus, Vibra-Glass 10X, No. 24 Textured Glass Massager, or Luxus to those two states. That is 33 products in all. If an order for those states includes one of these items, we refund the entire order in full, automatically, and email you right away. Nothing is needed from you. Everything else in the collection ships to all 50 states.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason once an order has shipped. Our products are intimate and personal, so every sale is final, opened or not, and that applies to everything in the collection. Please check your bag before you pay. If something is wrong with an order, that is a different matter, covered next.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Fixing a problem with your order is not a return. We resell these products, so the warranty on a device is the one its maker publishes rather than one we invent, and it comes in the box. Whatever it says: if anything arrives damaged or defective, is not what you ordered, or stops working as it should, email hello@sexysobe.com with your order number (it starts with SS-) and we will replace it or refund you. Nothing has to be shipped back.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Changes and cancellations
Need to fix an address or cancel? Email us as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order up to the moment it ships, usually 2–3 business days after you place it. After that, the returns policy above applies.
