Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $7 and free on orders of $75 or more. Orders leave our fulfillment partner’s warehouse within 2–3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from shipment. If anything delays your order beyond that, we will email you with the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Discretion, always

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral return address. Nothing on the outside of the box, on the packing slip, or on your card statement says what is inside: the charge appears under our discreet billing name, not "Sexy SoBe." Your confirmation email spells out exactly what the statement line will say.

One legal exception

Alabama and Mississippi state law does not allow us to sell stimulation devices there, so we cannot ship Pleasure Air Pro, Selena, Delice Cheri Kegel Trainer, Lemon Crush, Next Liberty, Rose Glow, Doxy Go, Pleasure Wand, Plume, or Gemma Turbo to those two states. If an order for those states includes one of these items, we refund the entire order in full, automatically, and email you right away. Everything else in the collection ships to all 50 states.

Returns

Intimate wellness calls for an honest returns policy, so here is ours, stated before you buy:

• Stimulation devices are final sale for health and hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective. That is the 10 items listed above.
• Unopened topicals and care products with the seal intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. That is the other 10: our moisturizers, oils, lubricants, body wash, and the device cleanser.
• Opened topicals and care products are final sale, also for hygiene reasons.

Defects are different. We resell these products, so the warranty on a device is the one its maker publishes rather than one we invent, and it comes in the box. Whatever it says: if anything arrives damaged or stops working as it should, write to us and we will replace it or refund you. No return shipment of intimate items required.

How to start a return

Email hello@sexysobe.com with your order number (it starts with SS-) and we will send a prepaid label. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days of our receiving the return.

Changes and cancellations

Need to fix an address or cancel? Email us as soon as you can. We can change anything up to the moment the order ships, usually 2–3 business days after you place it.
