Sexy SoBe ("we," "us") is a women's sexual wellness brand based in Miami Beach, Florida, operating sexysobe.com. We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your information, and you can reach a human at hello@sexysobe.com anytime.

What we collect

• Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which we use for security and to keep the site running.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not ask for or store health information.

How we use it

• To send you launch updates you asked for.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the site: Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We never sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing removes you from future emails; deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

Your choices

• Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@sexysobe.com.

Children

This site is intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced to the waitlist by email.
