1. Education, not medical advice

Everything on this site is provided for education and general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read here. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

2. Intended audience

This site is about women's sexual health and wellness. The content is educational and non-explicit, and it is intended for adults 18 and over. By using the site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and at least the age of majority in your state of residence.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist requires a working email address that you are authorized to use. We may email you about the launch and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time; see our privacy policy for how we handle your information.

4. Purchases and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method is yours to use and that your shipping and contact details are accurate. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or error. Card charges appear under our discreet billing descriptor, which is disclosed at checkout and in your confirmation email.

5. Shipping and geographic limits

We currently ship only within the United States. We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. In particular, state law prevents us from selling stimulation devices to Alabama or Mississippi; orders for those states that include such items are refunded in full. 6. Returns and refunds

Our returns policy, including which intimate items are final sale for health and hygiene reasons, is published at shipping & returns and forms part of these terms for every purchase.

7. Our content

The Sexy SoBe name, logo, site design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information is complete or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sexy SoBe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date above will reflect the latest revision.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
