Three weights, and the point is the order. You start with the lightest, 37 g, and move to the heaviest, 65 g, once the lighter one starts to feel easy. That is what the record means by progressive training. The set does the stepping up, so you are not buying the next weight later. Body-safe silicone, and no motor.
It is a set of three, so it costs more than the Delice Cheri trainer, and the extra is the range of weights, which only pays off if you plan to step up. If you would rather start with one weight and nothing to step up to, the Squeeze Single Kegel Ball is a single 37 g ball, and if you want a longer ladder, the Squeeze Teardrop Kegel Set runs from 37 g to 115 g in five pieces. Using it
- Start with the lightest of the three and stay with it until it feels easy.
- A little water-based lubricant at a time.
- Short sessions, and stop if you are tired or anything hurts.
- Keep track of which weight you are on, in a note if you have to.
Looking after it
- Warm water and a mild soap before the first use and after each use.
- Dry all three completely and keep them together, so the one you want is never the one that went missing.
- Silicone lubricant breaks down silicone, so keep to water-based.
