Using it
- Start with the lightest of the five and stay with it until it feels easy.
- A little water-based lubricant first.
- Keep sessions short, and stop if anything hurts or does not feel right.
- Note which weight you are on, so you step up one at a time.
Looking after it
- Warm water and a mild soap before the first use and after each use.
- Dry all five completely, and keep them together in one place.
- Silicone lubricant breaks down a silicone surface, so keep to water-based.
