A working end at each side means whichever end you are not using is the one in your palm. The broad end covers ground. The tapered end concentrates the same thing into a much smaller patch of skin, and swapping between them means turning the wand around in your hand. It is lavender body-safe silicone and it is waterproof.
That grip is the catch. Your hand is on silicone rather than a molded handle, and silicone gets slippery the moment there is lubricant on your fingers. The other honest part is that you will probably settle on one end and leave the other alone, so you pay for both and use one. It is still the cheaper of the two wands we carry.
Using it
- Start with the broad end. It asks less of you.
- Hold it around the middle. Dry hands help.
- Water-based lubricant on whichever end you land on.
- Rinse it under the tap after. It is waterproof.
Looking after it
- Both ends get washed, not just the one you used. Warm water and a mild soap.
- Silicone lubricant degrades silicone, and this is silicone from one end to the other.
- Dry it and give it its own spot rather than letting it roll around a drawer.
