The weights run from 20 g to 45 g and swap in and out, so the same set works as a single ball or as a double, and you change the load without buying anything new. Body-safe silicone, retrieval cords on the holders, and a kegel exercise guide comes in the box.
It asks more of you than it first looks, because there is more to put together and keep track of: six weights, two holders and a guide to read. That suits someone who likes a plan and does not mind the parts. If you would rather have one object and nothing to assemble, this is more than you need. What training does for you is not ours to promise, and it is a question for your provider.
Using it
- Read the guide in the box before the first session, and start with the lightest weight, 20 g.
- Fit the weights into a holder and check they sit firmly before you use it.
- A little water-based lubricant first.
- Keep sessions short, and stop if anything hurts or does not feel right.
Looking after it
- Take the weights out of the holders, then wash everything in warm water and a mild soap before the first use and after each use.
- Dry each piece completely, and keep the weights and holders together so none go missing.
- Silicone lubricant breaks down a silicone surface, so keep to water-based.
