One arm goes in. The other rests outside against the vulva, and both run at the same time, which is the whole reason to buy this shape instead of two separate toys. Body-safe silicone throughout, arms included, and waterproof. What decides whether it suits you is not the motor. It is the spacing between the two arms.

Using it
- Put it in position and check where the outer arm sits before you switch it on.
- Water-based lubricant, generously, on the arm that goes in.
- If the outer arm is off by a little, move the whole thing rather than pushing harder.
- Try it lying on your side. The angle changes where the outer arm lands.
Looking after it
- Wash both arms and the gap between them. Lubricant collects in that gap.
- Keep to water-based lubricant. Silicone on silicone is the one combination that ruins the surface.
- Dry it completely and store it flat.
